The Tribeca residential development is a collection of three boldly designed apartment buildings in Perth’s newest urban precinct, The Springs. The Springs Rivervale is a 14.7 hectare site developed by LandCorp.

Tribeca offers an exciting new way of life with the resort style facilities, prime location beside the river and parklands, proximity to the city, Crown Perth, new sports stadium and major transport routes.

Tribeca East comprises of 75 apartments and 10 two-storey townhouse style apartments.

BGC Developments engaged Pritchard Francis to complete the structural design and documentation as well as site inspection services.

This seven storey stepped development has a support system of Ritek walls to the apartments sitting on concrete columns to the basement. These walls are used as deep beams to support the 200 thick suspended slab and typical floors, with a flat plate transfer slab at ground floor. The purlins are supported off the Ritek wall, minimising roof steel on the project.

Pritchard Francis commissioned an early forward works package to allow the Builder to gain early access to the site.
