Peel Health Centre

The Challenger Institute of Technology Peel Health Centre on Education Drive in Mandurah provides a wide range of teaching facilities through the delivery of industry-supported training in nursing, aged care, children's services, community services, disability services and education.

The two storey facility can accommodate up to 170 students across a range of courses.  In addition to classrooms and computer training areas, the centre contains a purpose-built aged care ward and simulated childcare facility, including a small playground and a nursery.

The facility's multi-function design also enables community groups, industry association and enterprises to use the available building spaces when necessary. 

Gresley Abas engaged Pritchard Francis to provide the structural and civil engineering design services for Peel Health Centre.

This project has been designed to allow an extension to the existing structure as Stage 2 of the works. In addition, this new structure has provided a connection to the existing campus.
