Carnarvon Community College - Stage 2 & 3

Pritchard Francis has been engaged to undertake civil engineering consultancy services for Stage 2 and civil and structural services for Stage 3 of this project.

Stage 2 of the Carnarvon Community College development consist of four new buildings, a sports court, a new car park, redesign of an existing car park and expansion of the existing canteen building - designed to accommodate 600 students and 150 staff as part of the overall college development.

Stage 3 of the development works includes a new secondary education facility to be constructed on the existing East Carnarvon Primary School site, and will form a K-12 community college. Civil and structural design for this part of the project includes design, documentation and site administration of earthworks, road works, stormwater management and disposal, a specialist learning block, performing arts and music blocks, sports hall, secondary GLA block, technology and enterprise learning blocks, hardcourts, oval, new car park off Gascoyne Road and minor refurbishments to the existing administration building into student services.
