Central Park - Stages 1-3

The Central Park development is an ongoing residential/commercial development. The first stage of the works was undertaken under a single contract in three phases, and consisted of 44 residential lots, one group housing site and four (4) commercial lots. Pritchard Francis has since been involved with the development of one of the lots for Woolworths and associated buildings.

The Pritchard Francis team has been undertaking the Lead Consultant role on all stages, completing the design and documentation and contract administration/site supervision, and is currently undertaking works for the new service station.

Development of future stages and lot configuration is dependent on market influences and is ongoing.
