Seaward Village Upgrades

Seaward Village is located in Swanbourne WA, and comprises 153 houses owned by Defence Housing Australia (DHA), providing a secure and safe environment for the Australian Defence Force families.

Originally constructed during the 1980s and 1990s, the properties are now undergoing a modernisation program to the interiors and exteriors of each property, and upgrades to the hard and soft landscaping.  

As lead consultant, Pritchard Francis is providing DHA with a full suite of design services to deliver this project from inception through to completion on site.

The project received PWC approval in June 2017, and the first phase of the project has now been progressed for tender.
