South Perth Station Precinct

The City of South Perth has seen a significant increase in new development, with a number of new high rises recently completing and several new projects currently under construction.

The City has engaged Pritchard Francis via the Western Australia Local Government (WALGA) Panel to provide integrated civil and stormwater design for projects within the South Perth Station Precinct (SPSP) to ensure adequate upgrades to the City’s infrastructure are programmed now and into the future in order to accommodate this expansion.

Our team's involvement includes civil engineering design and documentation, as well as assistance during construction; stormwater modelling of the peninsular precint pre and post development, design of the Esplanade incorporating new cycle lanes and parking, and stormwater and infrastructure upgrades.
