BP The Lakes Roadhouse

Pritchard Francis was commissioned by Perkins Builders to undertake civil and structural engineering consultancy services for the BP The Lakes Service Station site, including demolition works, remediation, proposed new service station structures, earthworks, stormwater drainage, pavements and hardstands. 

The Pritchard Francis civil team also undertook external road intersection modifications and upgrades for the intersection with Great Southern Highway and upgrade of the service road intersection.
