This three storey office building has a covered floor area of 3,000m². A well-articulated column layout eliminated the need for a costly transfer slab while maintaining large cantilevers inherent in the architectural design. The beam arrangement was selected so as to minimize conflict with services including air conditioning ducts and thereby minimise floor heights.
