Yandicoogina Heavy Vehicle Overpass and Access Road

Pritchard Francis provided civil and structural design for two heavy vehicle overpasses for Rio Tinto’s Yandicoogina iron ore mines. Stage 2 involved significant civil works, including relocation of 2km of mine access road and associated stormwater drainage. 

Pritchard was commissioned to undertake redesign services of the mine access road designed by others significantly reducing the amount of bulk earthworks and drainage infrastructure works required.
