Pritchard Francis has been engaged by Vicinity Centres in a joint venture with the City of Mandurah and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) to design, document and provide site assistance for the $10M upgrade to Pinjarra Road from Dower Street on the west through to Ranceby Avenue to the east and the installation of three sets of traffic signals.

With a positive working relationship established with MRWA during the Pinjarra Road design works, Pritchard Francis was subsequently commissioned for the widening of Mandurah Road to include a third northbound and southbound lane.

Pritchard Francis acted as the Lead Consultant for all civil engineering aspects of the project from planning of the Pinjarra Road alignment, coordination with the Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre Redevelopment, detailed design and coordination with the sub consultant team including electrical and road safety auditors and liaison with all impacted service authorities including Western Power transmission, overheads and lighting, Water Corporation distribution and reticulation mains, Atco Gas, Public Transport Authority, Telstra, Optus, NBN Co and TPG.

The Pritchard Francis team has been separately engaged to undertake civil engineering services for the Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre Redevelopment works.
