This subdivision development is located at Wilson Inlet, east of Denmark in Western Australia and is walking distance from the town as well as Denmark Golf and Country Club.
The Pritchard Francis team's role has included detailed design and documentation, obtaining approvals from the service authorities and Shire of Denmark, contract administration and superintendence of the earthworks, roadworks, above ground swale, drainage, water, power, communications and landscaping. A previous consultant completed masterplanning and over-arching, UWMP, Foreshore Management Plan and Weed Management Plans.
